I have lived here a long time and have almost never seen the “Stillwater Central” actually running through Stillwater. I have seen the engine and crossed the tracks for years… I have seen the cars parked along that track in various spots and the engine parked at various spots but today…. I was just in time to get stopped at the crossing on “Hall of Fame” at the arrow.
It was not a big train – about 4 cars and the engine… but we all had to stop!…
I had been by the old Sante Fe Depot off 9th street a million times and it is a really neat depot but I have not been in side yet… shame on
