A couple<\/strong> of us decided that Sunday<\/strong> morning<\/strong> we were going<\/strong> to make<\/strong> a short walking<\/strong> tour of the downtown area of Houma, La.\u00a0 I am sure there are a lot<\/strong> more things to see in Houma than what we saw but we only walked around for an hour<\/strong>\u2026 but these were the things we saw.<\/p>\n

Used to be the City Hall<\/strong> but now is a Theater.<\/p>\n

Turns out to be Mahoney\u2019s bar\u2026 great place<\/strong> with a balcony<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

There are several small parks with bench’s to enjoy the few things around.<\/p>\n

They also have a lot<\/strong> of canals<\/strong> and the bridges have to be \u201craised\u201d for the boats to pass<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
