I think most people<\/strong> have \u201cconveniently\u201d forgotten what that means\u2026 I have witnessed several instances locally that the lights end up \u201cRED<\/strong> BLINKING<\/strong>\u201d and most drivers just do not pay<\/strong> attention or do not care?  They may tap their brakes but keep moving is the rule of the day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
