{"id":8147,"date":"2011-10-14T21:57:00","date_gmt":"2011-10-15T03:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/?p=8147"},"modified":"2018-11-12T07:47:45","modified_gmt":"2018-11-12T07:47:45","slug":"exciting-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ishmaels.net\/blog\/2011\/10\/14\/exciting-news\/","title":{"rendered":"Exciting news"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Not really.&nbsp; It was just another <strong>day<\/strong> \u2013 some work,&nbsp; some play, hauled off a few more things for donations.&nbsp;&nbsp; I try to do that as often as possible because we seem to be \u201ccollectors\u201d of&nbsp; crap.&nbsp; We save stuff thinking we are <strong>going<\/strong> to use it and that just never happens.<\/p>\n<p>I enjoyed the fact that the <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">stock<\/strong> <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">market<\/strong> was up again today but wonder how long this will <strong>last<\/strong>?&nbsp; I had hopes that we would be in for a \u201ctypical\u201d fall rise but not this much this fast\u2026? Now I am getting worried that we may have a big crash to go with the big \u201cun-crash\u201d?&nbsp; If it slows down and \u201cwobbles\u201d for a week or two or three with out making too may big <strong>percent<\/strong> gains or losses then I will be a <strong>bit<\/strong> more relieved that this will <strong>last<\/strong> until the end of the <strong>year<\/strong>.&nbsp; But I for <strong>one<\/strong> sure do not know what <strong>direction<\/strong> things are <strong>going<\/strong>\u2026 I read a <strong>lot<\/strong> of stuff and I have read plenty of both sides, although there seems to have been a <strong>lot<\/strong> more down writing the <strong>past<\/strong> few weeks to <strong>month<\/strong> so maybe we are ready for a rise till they all <strong>thing<\/strong> we are \u201cout of the woods\u201d then the <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">bear<\/strong> will sneak up on us again\u2026 ha!<\/p>\n<p>We debated on <strong>going<\/strong> to the Soccer match tonight but by the <strong>time<\/strong> I got my nightly phone <strong>call<\/strong> in to my Dad and took care of a few things it was too late for that, at least we just couldn\u2019t get the strong <strong>interest<\/strong> in it but we did go to Braums for a quick supper and <strong>check<\/strong> the soccer score (we were behind and that was not good)\u2026 One <strong>thing<\/strong> that I did notice today\u2026 Braums has finally got on the <strong>band<\/strong> wagon\u2026 they realize that we of the \u201cmore challenged\u201d generation are their biggest customers and they aim to please\u2026 at least our local <strong>one<\/strong> has\u2026 they have increased the <strong>size<\/strong> of the <strong>Ticket<\/strong> number so we can see it with out pulling out our \u201creading\u201d glasses\u2026 Thank you Braums for that improvement\u2026<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/box5128.temp.domains\/~ishmaels\/blog3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/image-5.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/box5128.temp.domains\/~ishmaels\/blog3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/image_thumb-5.png?resize=201%2C395\" width=\"201\" height=\"395\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Not really.&nbsp; It was just another day \u2013 some work,&nbsp; some play, hauled off a few more things for donations.&nbsp;&nbsp; I try to do that as often as possible because we seem to be \u201ccollectors\u201d of&nbsp; crap.&nbsp; We save stuff thinking we are going to use it and that just never happens.<\/p>\n<p>I enjoyed the fact that the stock market was up again today but wonder how long this will last?&nbsp; I had hopes that we would be in for a \u201ctypical\u201d fall rise but not this much this fast\u2026?
