With the turbulent times in the market<\/strong> this past<\/strong> few weeks, we are all stinging big time<\/strong>.\u00a0 We that are not nimble, or more of a trader mind set<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

One side<\/strong> says, \u201chang in there, stocks<\/strong> over the long run<\/strong> will grow at better than normal rates \u2013 better than other investments\u201d.\u00a0 On the other end you get notes like these that advise to be in cash<\/strong> now while the market<\/strong> gyrates out.\u00a0 Not knowing when to get in and out is the biggest killer of them all.\u00a0 I am sure there is a lot<\/strong> of credence in the \u201ctrailing stop<\/strong>\u201d alternative and I have been attempting to practice<\/strong> that of late and it has gotten me out of several losers but also several eventual winners.\u00a0 I think it is better at cutting you loss<\/strong> though and I have several that are getting dumped Monday as we hit<\/strong> the stops on some that should have done better?\u00a0 -WD0AJG<\/p>\n
