We made a trip into the Springs today along with several needed stops on the way.  Had to mail off a payment for garage door repair on the OKLA house, then had to leave some insurance papers at the local insurance agent, then had to stop at Walmart for a prescription, then on in to town for some cheap gas.. I find it hard to fathom that the price of gas can be as much as 50 cents different in just a mile or two.  It has been running about even up here for a long time but after the past months of increases we are setting from 1.84 to 1.94 here in Monument but the Sam\u2019s gas station in the north end of the springs is 1.59?  30 cents a gallon and needing a full tank pays for the trip down (about 10 miles of one gallon round trip).  Since we had to make several stops along the way it was a savings and we picked up Firehouse subs while there and brought those home.  <\/p>\n

Back the the topic at hand, just as we were turning on the Academy Blvd this car in front of us had this dealer tag on it\u2026<\/p>\n

I know there is a penalty on tag not purchased within allowable time and I also am pretty sure it is 30 days but can be as much as 60 to ? if your dealer can\u2019t get the real paperwork out and I also know that there as been some allowance for the Covid thing, but this tag is like 9 months old.   I am betting that even if they try to use the excuse of Covid kept me out, someone is going to figure that is not legit on this one and the penalty might be as big or bigger than the actual original tax on that car? <\/p>\n
