Well, last week was great in the mid 60\u2019s to 70\u2019s.  Great time to be out, wait we were supposed to stay home\u2026 well we did \u2013 sort of..  We did venture out a couple of times to get supplies\u2026 and stretch our vision.  If I don\u2019t do something like that I get pretty short tempered\u2026 So when I feel it coming on I go out and walk\u2026 a good 4 mile trip around the neighborhood does wonders\u2026 for me\u2026 When it warms back up I may try to expand that a bit?  Anyway, yes the WX swapped directions again\u2026 from last week in the 70\u2019s to yesterday and today in the 20\u2019s\u2026 and snow and cold and blah, blah, blah.  <\/p>\n

Friday we made a trip to town to get something different, takeout chinese\u2026 on the way home the storm predicted was in the \u201cwarm\u201d stages and building up some rain clouds that didn\u2019t rain but looked cool..<\/p>\n

I was driving back and saw this but couldn\u2019t get a really good picture so this will have to do\u2026 <\/p>\n

Then yesterday I cooked all day long\u2026 well to be truthful it was just a couple hours in the afternoon\u2026 First up I made a really big skillet of Biorox (cabbage pockets) filler (cabbage, onion, ground beef and a bit of seasoning). <\/p>\n

Now we need the bread dough to put that into???? I also put a nice ham in the instapot and let that warm, and coat with a seasoning mix that came with it\u2026 side note, it was ok but not as good as the ham I fixed back last November so I will go back to making my own glaze (much better)\u2026 but the ham turned out ok and we had some fresh asparagus I got at the store when I went to get the onion and check the TP row\u2026 got some TP as well\u2026 taking care of both ends you know\u2026 <\/p>\n

Sherrie whipped up some blueberry muffins to go with the ham.  <\/p>\n

Since I cant get out or don\u2019t really want to fight it I have, finally, moved a little further on my next airplane.  I am attempting to step out to a B25.  I am really not sure how it will turn out.  The first of any new model is really slow as I need to figure out how the cans and designs all fit together so it doesn\u2019t look like a mess with designs running in all directions\u2026 oh well I have a start anyway\u2026 got a lot of the pieces cut for the first attempt..<\/p>\n

I hope it looks better once I get some more ‘\u201dskin\u201d on it.  <\/p>\n

On to what it is outside\u2026 the snow flakes are really big this time and float down really slow\u2026 especially with very little wind..<\/p>\n

and now\u2026 they are big enough I can get shots, through my office window of them on the bush outside..<\/p>\n

So it appears this cold, snowy weather will be with us most of the week.  not heavy snow, just enough to be interesting and slowing\u2026 easier to |\u201dstay at home\u201d in this type weather.  <\/p>\n
