I just spent 5.5 hours behind the snowblower just to get the front drive cleared\u2026 well I put in 1.75 hours helping the neighbor get some of his cleared so he could get in and out of his garage.  The drifts there were 4+ feet and packed pertty hard\u2026 but got him cleared.  My drifts were only about 3 ft\u2026 on most of the drive\u2026ha!<\/p>\n

We lost power yesterday at about 11:30am\u2026 got it back about 9:30am today.  Fortunate the house has 3 gas fireplaces that work with out electricity so we had plenty of heat and hot water\u2026 other than it got damn dark with no lights and only candles\u2026 so bed early\u2026 up early and out to run the blower\u2026<\/p>\n

The top of the blades for the snowblower are 24 inches\u2026 the stack behind was about 36inches\u2026 and at this point I am only 1\/2 way done..<\/p>\n
