Well, when we make it back here we try to visit all the places we don\u2019t have up north.\u00a0 Whataburger and Slim Chickens are tops on our list but this time it occurred we had not been to Coney Island and not been in the re-modeled place at all.\u00a0 last summer they remodeled it so it is all new\u2026 well mostly all new\u2026<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Gone are the pinball machines of the 70\u2019s and now it has long bench tables and lots of tv screens\u2026 but the burgers and conveys are still great\u2026 actually I think todays onion burger was better than before? maybe it had just been a long time? I remember back in 1969\/70 when we went there it was lined on all the walls with pinball machines\u2026 and Coney\u2019s were a $0.25\u2026 It is a bit more than 10x that now but everything is more\u2026 and this place is about twice as big as it used to be\u2026 and they serve beer now\u2026 and drinks?<\/p>\n

I may need to get a new T-shirt though???<\/p>\n
