We have been cooped up here for several days.\u00a0 other than a short trip<\/a> to Lakewood yesterday we have not been out much but hey it snowed over a foot and was cold for a few days\u2026 Strange how last<\/a> week (Wednesday through Friday) it could be cold, snowing like crazy and blowing and then by Sunday it was warm and we attend a car<\/a> show<\/a> not 70 miles away in t-shirts\u2026 Gotta love how it works up here.<\/p>\n

So as we start out trip<\/a> south it looks like this\u2026 still big snow on the Peak\u2026. and only clouds<\/a> around the peak so far\u2026\u00a0 We drove on down to\u00a0 Florence for their 2017 annual car<\/a> show\u2026 I think they have done this for 17 years or so?\u00a0 shut off 3 or 4 blocks of main street and pack them in.<\/p>\n

In gold no less\u2026 although not real good but could be a goldfinger car?<\/p>\n

Just a 1972 pickup in good condition for it\u2019s age then if you read the sign\u2026 WOW!<\/p>\n

It ain\u2019t no show<\/a> truck<\/a> but then again, shows really good\u2026<\/p>\n

Have you ever been to a car<\/strong> show<\/strong> and seen two really nice True Chevy Nomads and both the same year?<\/p>\n

Took a small newer Chevy pickup and put the old<\/a> cab on it\u2026 but did good in the fit..<\/p>\n

Shelby, GT500\u2026 supposed to be a true Shelby\u2026 and I think it was a 1969\u2026<\/p>\n

Now this was 1951 Ford and in Orange with some flames\u2026 nice truck<\/a> fix up..<\/p>\n

Yea<\/a> his was another 1971 (the bug was)\u00a0 and it truly does pull that trailer<\/a> and he can turn the bug 360\u2026 if you disconnect the trailer<\/a> wire on top\u2026 I had seen this before going around town and in a parade?<\/p>\n

There were 2 1957 birds\u2026 a red and this white\u2026 this one<\/a> is for sale and they have a note:\u00a0 appraised for $34,900 but will listen to reasonable offers\u2026If I only had something reasonable to offer\u2026 ha!<\/p>\n
