I am real late getting things caught here\u2026 been a lot<\/a> of issues that kept me from thinking about updates to my posts.  <\/p>\n

Back a week ago we all made a trip<\/a> to Florence to visit my sister and take in the Pioneer Days parade<\/a>\u2026 It was a fun day, a bit short but had lots of things to see..and a trip<\/a> to our favorite park in Canon and a Green Chili burger(of course).<\/p>\n

While at the park GS#3 showed he really likes it too. He sure likes the park grass at our favorite park in Canon City\u2026 <\/p>\n

He also has a great time having people chase him around the trees?  he started that in the summer at the music in the park Tuesday night (other park) but loves circling the trees..<\/p>\n

Although as you can tell he never does anything<\/a> with out a toy car in each hand\u2026? <\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The parade was , for a small town, well attended and lasted about an hour\u2026 although they were filming it for a movie<\/a> and they wanted most of them to re-run<\/a> the parade so they could , I guess, film it in different angles?  not sure what the deal there was but they said they would do the parade then re-do it for more filming\u2026 ?<\/p>\n

We got the fly-over but I was not really ready for it\u2026hadn\u2019t read the paper\u2026ha!  <\/p>\n

Also had some Bronco alumni in the parade in the Corvette clubs cars\u2026 sorry I didn\u2019t recognize any of them and they were in the park later signing autographs\u2026 <\/p>\n

somehow they all look so much different when they don\u2019t have on numbered jersey\u2019s and helmets? <\/p>\n

There were several motorcycle groups and some old<\/a> ones too.<\/p>\n

And Grandma doing the splits? I don\u2019t know too many of that age that can still do that?  or march in a 6 block parade for that matter?<\/p>\n

But of course<\/a> the Shriners were there\u2026 the Al Kaly Shrine , as I remember them, were always up for a parade and had a very big following\u2026 they again had numerous parade groups here, from the mini vets to tin lizzies, to motorcycle escorts\u2026 and old<\/a> cars..<\/p>\n

All that said , along with the clowns and I think I may have counted near a dozen, the sign on the small truck is why they do this\u2026 just sorry I have not been active enough during my middle years\u2026 did a lot<\/a> back in the mid 80\u2019s but work and moves reduced participation.<\/p>\n

Lots of really nice and well maintained old<\/strong> cars in the parade too\u2026 I like the old<\/strong> cars\u2026 <\/p>\n

Although I am not sure how I feel about this?  it is distinctive.<\/p>\n

I strained and looked but couldn\u2019t tell if this was Andy but pretty sure it was not Barney either\u2026 old<\/strong> folks know what I mean there\u2026 Would be so cool to have a Barney hanging out the other side<\/a> yelling Andy- Look!<\/p>\n

Even had a old<\/strong> Tractor group in the parade\u2026 something about the Free-wheelers..<\/p>\n

After the first run<\/a> of the parade we headed off to the park to see the activities there and didn\u2019t take long to figure<\/a> out it was way too crowded for me\u2026<\/p>\n

And I didn\u2019t need any of the things they were selling so we moved along pretty fast\u2026<\/p>\n

That was how it was a week ago\u2026 with multiple things to get done before and after\u2026<\/p>\n

Back a week ago we all made a trip to Florence to visit my sister and take in the Pioneer Days parade\u2026 It was a fun day, a bit short but had lots of things to see..and a trip to our favorite park in Canon and a Green Chili burger(of course).<\/p>\n

While at the park GS#3 showed he really likes it too. He sure likes the park grass at our favorite park in Canon City\u2026 <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

He also has a great time having people chase him around the trees?  he started that in the summer at the music in the <\/p>\n
