With no real plans and a suggestion of taking in the Castle Rock<\/strong> Cruizin\u2026 we finally decided to go\u2026 It is about 2 hours from here to Castle Rock<\/strong> so we had to get it going after the decision.  We hit the springs at about 11:30 and picked up GS#3 and then on \u201cup\u201d the road to see what we could see.  It was a bit<\/a> hot but not horrible (it would have been unbearable in Oklahoma)\u2026 There were plenty of cars to ogle and check out\u2026 I got a lot of pictures but mostly concentrated on Orange cars for the majority of pictures.<\/p>\n

This was a really polished and well done truck\u2026 not real orange<\/a> but Coppertone is pretty close\u2026 I think they call it Toxic Orange now?<\/p>\n

yes I know it is not orange, although the intake covers are\u2026.. Haulin\u2019 Gass? strange truck<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This one<\/a> just couldn\u2019t keep up with all the action\u2026 yes a red flyer but the umbrella appeared orange?  and so did his poor face\u2026 <\/p>\n

I think this was a 49?  I had a 51 but mine was ugly faded blue with yellow and black grille\u2026 this one<\/a> is bright orange<\/a> and really nice.<\/p>\n

Yes not orange\u2026 but was a 1931 owned by same family since new and he had the paperwork it cost them $624 new\u2026 It had been hidden in the family barn in Piedmont OK<\/a> for 40 years\u2026<\/p>\n

I saw several old<\/strong> Willys in the show\u2026 this was the biggest blower and go fast I saw\u2026 <\/p>\n

Yep it looks read but it was a very very orange<\/strong> color<\/a> and restored all original with about 40K miles on it!!!! it is for sale but now way I could even think about it\u2026 did look at the appraisal sheets and it was about $62K to $72K appraised\u2026 whew..<\/p>\n

Must be the season for 3100\u2019s but5 this one<\/strong> has an addition you don\u2019t find often and it was a old<\/strong> six engine in it with a 4 speed\u2026 but the thingy on the window\u2026 Grandpa had one<\/strong> on his Hudson\u2026<\/p>\n

At the end of the trail\u2026 just too wiped out to go on\u2026 actually we left the car show<\/a> and went to the outlet mall and I think this lady had done more shopping than she had planned on?<\/p>\n

It was a long hard day\u2026 we got back to the RV about 6pm and just pretty much crashed out\u2026 and yes it is pretty hot up here too but nothing like back home\u2026 thank God.<\/p>\n
