Even though it is warming up and the snow<\/a> is receding I am not accomplishing much.  We got here, spent Monday trying to figure out what we needed to do.  Mostly we are responsible to get GS#1 to school<\/a> and home.  Strange here they don\u2019t start school<\/a> till 9am and are done by 3 pm..  Seems I remember that as being a half day or less.  Yep I am one of those kids that had to get on a bus at about 7:30 so we could be at school<\/strong> about 8:30 \u2013 we had a long route.  Then we seldom go home<\/a> before 4:30pm.  Then there were chores to do\u2026 they sure have it easy today.  GS#1 is good about getting up early\u2026 he almost always is up by 7am\u2026 but that means there is a 2 hour delay till he needs to be at school.  He usually also has his little Bro up (GS#2) at the same time.  After GS#1 is off to school<\/strong> we have to deal with GS#2 and that means some tickle time, chase time, and other things.  <\/p>\n

He does seem to have a problem with his \u201cmorning<\/a> hair\u201d.  <\/p>\n

He also had a small problem (I think MawMaw wasn\u2019t watching close enough) with getting his pants on\u2026 makes it hard to walk.  He thought it was funny. <\/p>\n

\"SAM_3997\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Monday evening we had to take GS#1 to Roller Hockey practice.  Seems a big place<\/a> for ice and snow<\/a> doesn\u2019t do ice hockey practice<\/a> in the summer.  In fact there is limited places and times they can even get on the ice.  It was better in Dallas as they had a lot<\/a> of summer leagues , nice to be in on the ice when it is so hot outside.  Anyway the roller hockey will be similar and a good summer practice.  We didn\u2019t know till the practice<\/a> if there would be more practices this week or a game but PaPa lucked out and no more practice<\/strong> and the first game is Sunday?  so the parents will be home<\/a> to take over by then and PaPa can go back to spectator and just tag along , not be responsible for timing and getting all the stuff and GS#1 there.  <\/p>\n

This is how it looked Tuesday morning\u2026 clearing,, building some low clouds as things heat up and melt off.  It is kind of a pretty time<\/a> when it does this. <\/p>\n

This morning<\/a> as I get back to the neighborhood I spot all those flowers that had been covered in snow\u2026 Actually there are a lot<\/a> of flowers all over that were covered in several feet of snow.  and the blue grass lawns are really green underneath all that too\u2026 <\/p>\n

Going to get GS#1 we came across this Moose hiding in that portable garage\u2026 ?<\/p>\n

Beyond all that, not getting anything done\u2026 to and from and to and from.  kind of like Sunday\u2019s post about \u201cchasing our tails<\/a>\u201d\u2026 <\/p>\n

Good think for young people<\/a> but not so good for \u201cupper middle age\u201d  ha!<\/p>\n
