Ok, yesterday we kind of goofed off\u2026 hey it was a long drive up and we deserved it.  The plan was to get out to the zoo but we postponed that for New<\/a> Years day\u2026 warmer weather on the way\u2026 we did get out for lunch<\/a> and some shopping to pick up pieces parts but not much else went on\u2026<\/p>\n

In honor of Ryan for his earlier blowout\u2026 we know and you can ask him about it\u2026 ha! <\/p>\n

Yep a place filled with all those things you just know you need<\/a> but are not sure where you can put it\u2026 <\/p>\n

We also went to the Joann’s here that is as big as Hobby Lobby and filled with all manner of stuff except for clerks\u2026 couldn\u2019t find one<\/a> to help locate some carbon paper so we picked up what we found that was needed and started out\u2026 but at the exit\u2026 30 people<\/a> waiting in line for one<\/a> check out person?  and no one<\/strong> else came to help\u2026 maybe they need<\/a> some extra people<\/a> working? not sure?<\/p>\n

Oh and Daddy (not Papa) got busy and put together the last of GS#3\u2019s Christmas\u2026 Grandma got him a Radio Flyer\u2026 with take off ramp\u2026 She got the same thing for GS#2 and he loved it as a track to send his hot wheels down more than him riding down but GS#3 loved the ride and then got a kick out of trying to climb back up the slide..<\/p>\n

Ready\u2026 at this point he wasn\u2019t so sure\u2026.<\/p>\n

At this point he was all smiles\u2026 and<\/p>\n

Get back up here so we can do it again\u2026 or laydown and belly slide<\/a> down the ramp?  either is fine.<\/p>\n

Today we took off to see my sister Great Aunt Tam\u2026 and had lunch<\/a> with her (she had to work today and tomorrow).  She is retired but works to fill in on a couple days a week when she is not out traveling\u2026 <\/p>\n

After lunch<\/strong> we made a run down by 3rd street to see a house<\/a> on the corner that had been in on of those House Hunter TV shows\u2026 and on that same street we found\u2026<\/p>\n

The Purple house<\/a> or Lavender?  <\/p>\n

The Orange house<\/strong> and Santa is still there? standing by the door\u2026 !<\/p>\n

And that Yellow house<\/strong> from the House Hunters\u2026 <\/p>\n

We also found the neighbor that just can\u2019t do a simple decoration in the yard\u2026 <\/p>\n

I am not sure where they store all that stuff but they had some Holiday spirit\u2026 <\/p>\n

We then went into Canon and tried to stop at the yarn shop but they were closed for the holidays\u2026 so we went to Walmart to pick up some things we needed and headed home\u2026 just like coming down we passed through some snow showers.  Earlier on the way down  some of them were reasonably heavy but never wide spread\u2026 and now\u2026 it is New<\/a> Years Eve\u2026 we are all waiting (maybe) to Ring in the new year\u2026 <\/p>\n
