Tuesday we had to take the car<\/a> in for a repair\u2026 They were to put in the \u201cPRE-PAID\u201d part but it till longer than they thought so it was not done till yesterday\u2026 I also had to get the Jeep<\/a> in for a repair<\/a> today as it quit heating and just noticed last week\u2026 strange how cool weather makes us notice the change.  I got up way too early for a retired guy, made it to the repair<\/a> place<\/a> and they told me they could get the part in by noon and would have it fixed right after so I just hung around\u2026 What is really strange is that the part\u2026. is the Heat\/cold modulator and that was the same part that had to be replaced in the car<\/a> this week?  how can it be that both cars have the same part die with in a few days<\/a> of each other?  I have not real reason to believe that it was related to the recent lightening strike that I am still working to get equipment replaced from\u2026 but it sure raises questions about could it have been an related cause?   Coincidence? maybe\u2026 strange? for sure.<\/p>\n

I sat patiently in the waiting room at the dealership and just about 1:30 the Forman came and said I would be done in about 5 minutes\u2026 I was a bit surprised but gathered my stuff and went out and as I get there the shop Forman said that it was not done, they had found another problem and that it would require a part order<\/a> and I could drive the vehicle<\/a> home and schedule a return trip<\/a> for the further repair\u2026 all this should not happen on a 2 year old vehicle\u2026 but glad it is under warranty.  I maybe should consider an extended warranty before the 3 years run out? <\/p>\n
