Long day, GS#3 birthday party\u2026 short version\u2026 yesterday the smoker went crazy and \u201cblackened\u201d the first brisket\u2026 they got another and spent all night<\/a> cooking<\/a> that and it turned out great\u2026 went to breakfast<\/a> at Village Inn\u2026 picked up stuff for the big deal<\/a> at 4pm\u2026 guests came, full house\u2026 big family, lots of gifts, he loved the \u201cpush toys\u201d \u2026 and the cake\u2026 he had a personal cake\u2026 <\/p>\n

He will actually be 1 Sept 9th.  They could of pushed it up to my birthday but no\u2026 held off 5 days so he has his own\u2026<\/p>\n

Eat cake by the fist full\u2026 seems like his Dad did the same thing at about 2 years old?<\/p>\n

that was about it, we all ate way too much after that, lots of brisket, burnt ends, etc.\u2026 fruit\u2026 and lots of talking and stories and happy family\u2026 <\/p>\n

We are all really tired, and off to bed early\u2026 at least for the old folks..<\/p>\n
