Well, it has been really HOT and staying hot so I don\u2019t get out much\u2026 Yesterday I was a pall bearer for a friend of the family\u2026 not much to say about that although on the way home<\/a> we were cut off by a extra wide load truck getting on the interstate\u2026 and he was passing other trucks to boot!!! I was just hanging onto the wheel so I could stop if he screwed up\u2026 then a bit<\/a> later we got passed by a  big truck\u2026 and WE were a little bit<\/a> over the speed limit\u2026 but when I saw the logo on the truck I could understand\u2026<\/p>\n

At least he was honest about it<\/p>\n

Today, I hit the goof-off button pretty hard\u2026 got out early to get some stuff  (Softener salt) and got sidetracked downtown on my way out to TSC.  I pulled off on 7th street<\/a> to see if Reeser had moved out to 6th street<\/a> and found that they have not moved, just their kids are starting their own sub store out there\u2026 I also found the HUSBAND st alley or what ever they call it\u2026 interesting but no pictures- was a bit<\/strong> dark in there and on the other end from Husband I found\u2026<\/p>\n

I also checked out the Town Center building\u2026 I had never been in there and found the TV31 studio\u2026 no action going on there this morning and then made it up stairs to find it is a bunch of small offices\u2026 old small offices\u2026 interesting anyway\u2026 and<\/p>\n

Seems to be a large group of Therapists up there as well as a few lawyers and ??? other things?<\/p>\n

On my way back from lunch, caught this, over the saddle bags rider..<\/p>\n

Then this evening after a bit<\/strong> of our normal \u201cwhat you want for dinner\u201d banter we agreed to go to Perkins and try their Mexican restaurant\u2026 El Mexican<\/a>.<\/p>\n

They were rated reasonably high and we had been told they had good rellanos\u2026 I got the \u201cmake<\/a> your own\u201d combo\u2026 with the rellano, chicken enchilada, Tamale, and a burrito\u2026 mine was real good\u2026 the salsa was pretty good as well<\/p>\n

hey it was dark in there and I was not overly steady with the camera<\/a> and \u2026 anyway it looked too good to wait so I tried it before I got the picture\u2026 Sherrie tried the Flautas and they were not as good\u2026 <\/p>\n

got a better picture<\/a> of the bad food than the good?  oh well, I did try it 3 times to get steady\u2026<\/p>\n

From there it was home<\/a> to let it settle and then off to bed\u2026 just too damn hot to do much else..<\/p>\n
