Well, I haven\u2019t been reliable at writing down what we have done but that is indicative of \u2026 \u201c We ain\u2019t done nothing\u201d type stuff\u2026 Since Sherrie is in recovery from a little issue we just sat around a lot \u2026 Saturday??? I worked on some stuff in the shop but it was wet out so didn\u2019t get hardly anything<\/strong> done outside\u2026 Mostly cause it looked a lot like this\u2026<\/p>\n

off and on rain<\/strong> stuff\u2026 although it was cool<\/strong> enough that I spent some time<\/strong> on the back deck, reading and such\u2026 <\/p>\n

Sunday, we got out a little bit\u2026 I wanted to find an RV park south of town\u2026 Brixley lake??? well I found it\u2026 aint\u2019 enough there to post about\u2026 they do have 20 something sites but only one<\/strong> RV in that place and didn\u2019t look like anyone had been in there for a while\u2026 the hay had been mowed so you could see the electric pedestals but might have a time<\/strong> finding the sewer connections?  <\/p>\n

From there we decided to take a drive east to find another spot I had heard about\u2026 never really found that spot but did get a few shots\u2026<\/p>\n

Now that is one<\/strong> WAHOOO swing set\u2026 talker than the peak of the house\u2026 !<\/p>\n

Hadn\u2019t seen these in some time\u2026 really busy rolling that ball \u2026.. Dung Beetle<\/a><\/p>\n

So that was about it\u2026 out for a small drive and didn\u2018t see anything<\/strong> really exciting\u2026 <\/p>\n

This fellow did come to show off and stayed on the door for an hour\u2026 open, close\u2026 open, close\u2026 ha!<\/p>\n

Monday morning I had an appointment to get the new dog in for some shot updates\u2026 just in case he needs to spend some time<\/strong> at the kennel\u2026 he was happy to get out\u2026 <\/p>\n

I did spot that someone had drastically missed the corner at the vet\u2019s???<\/p>\n

That pedestal was a long way from the corner in either direction ?  and I doubt that a mower could do that much damage\u2026 ?<\/p>\n

Then when I was on my way home after lunch\u2026 I caught this guy\u2026 I could do that job\u2026 I think\u2026.<\/p>\n

Ne is behind the yellow tape\u2026 hard to get the picture\u2026 laying down\u2026 I don\u2019t think he was listening to the ground for the buffalo herd?  but could be?<\/p>\n

I do think he may have been siting down a string line? for what purpose I am not sure but it looked like a job I might be good at\u2026 <\/p>\n

Today, I figured I might mow but when I got up it was really wet out, so we got another small rain<\/strong> \u2026 checked the weather station<\/strong> and yep\u2026 came a shower at about 5am or so\u2026 that kind of ruined my plan<\/strong> for mowing but ?  if the sun<\/strong> would come out for a couple hours???? I did get the trailer hooked up and made some huge tracked getting it out\u2026 ooops didn\u2019t figure it to be that soft \u2026 but that even made my plan<\/strong> for mowing less likely to happen\u2026 but I got to Lowes and picked up some lumber for my antennas project ( putting up some ends to hold up the 160 meter loop\u2026 )\u2026 Once that was back and unloaded\u2026 still too wet to mow\u2026 so went to digging in my can collection and found some very special cans for GW2\u2019s next airplane\u2026 he wants the tri-wing Fokker so I intend to get that done in the next month\u2026 Anyway forgot that I had some special Gold cans that would make a really cool<\/strong> Tri-wing\u2026 and look good with the black\/blue plane I put up last fall for him\u2026 Anyway got out some stuff and found some old tools I forgot I had down there\u2026 then off to lunch\u2026 I then went and paid some bills  and wasted some time<\/strong> and the sun<\/strong> did come out but not very long\u2026 Got home and worked on some more minor stuff and figured I should get out and check<\/strong> the yard\u2026 maybe I could get the mowing in before I either had to hire some one<\/strong> to bale it.  We have another round of rain<\/strong> coming for the next 3 days so it would be really bad if I waited another week to mow\u2026 on my way out to check<\/strong> I came on this\u2026<\/p>\n

That sucker was every bit of 7 ft. long\u2026 so My decision was made\u2026 wet or not\u2026 we mow.  I do not need them hiding in the grass up close to the house..  I got the mower out and got busy with the mowing and boy it was wet and bogging down pretty hard but I was getting through most of it\u2026had to leave a few spots that were just too muddy to get that heavy mower through with the smooth turf tires\u2026 I got it all done a little after 6pm\u2026 whew\u2026 still needed to do some trim but with in 45 minutes\u2026 we got a damn big rain\u2026 over half inch coming down hard and straight\u2026 not often in Oklahoma do you see rain<\/strong> coming straight down\u2026 but it sure did\u2026 and <\/p>\n

My drain ditch was flowing pretty good again\u2026 we may fill the pond yet\u2026 highest it has been for some time\u2026 and more on the way\u2026So it made me really glad I jumped on the chance to mow\u2026 not that I will thank the snake for pushing me over the edge but it needed to be done\u2026 <\/p>\n

The rest of my evening was done going over the plans for the tri-wing, gathering some pieces for it and watching it rain<\/strong> some\u2026 <\/p>\n
