Maybe other states have this problem<\/strong> but as I remember in Colorado, a long time ago, it was not this way? <\/p>\n

In Oklahoma, if you purchase a “special tag” you have to keep the original tag<\/strong>. Whats up with that? and you have to keep renewing the old tag<\/strong> and you have to keep it in the vehicle<\/strong> at all times? What a joke. If you get a special tag<\/strong> and it is registered with the Tax commission and the DMV<\/strong> then why in Gods name do we also have to keep renewing and “date tagging” and keep in the vehicle<\/strong> the standard tag<\/strong> as well as the “special tag”…. <\/p>\n

This, in my hum-BULL<\/strong> opinion, is ancient and ludicrous and extremely wasteful of our tax dollars. I am happy to pay<\/strong> the extra charge for the “special tag” but would like only have one<\/strong> tag<\/strong> to renew yearly and keep on the vehicle… oh and my “special tag” is my Amateur Radio Operators call<\/strong> sign – not some funky hidden message<\/strong> – although to most people it looks that way….?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
