Dear Republican Party:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

America is the land of “second chances”. Yesterday, WE THE PEOPLE, gave you yours.<\/strong><\/p>\n

SECOND chance?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, remember what WE did for you in 1995? We gave you and Newt Ginrich the Congress, ending 40 years of the Democratic Party being in the majority.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To be quite frank with you, over the subsequent years you pissed away that opportunity – in spades. You may ask, “Woody, how can you say that.” My response, “look at where our country, our economy, our values are today.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

You showed us very clearly that career politicians are the same whether they are blue or red; or conservative or liberal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I would (strongly) suggest that you listen to us this time. Reduce our enormous debt. Get government out of our healthcare. Get our economy going again by backing off and getting out of the way of American businesses.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Remember, what WE THE PEOPLE givith, we can take awayith! You’ve got 2 years, starting today!!! As we use to say in the Navy: “729 days and a wake up” (before the elections in 2012).<\/strong><\/p>\n
