I pulled this from something<\/strong> else I read. It was a quote from a perons known only at TED… So credit is limited but I totally agree with this statement<\/strong> and felt it worthy of repeating here:<\/p>\n

“When so many of the voting public<\/strong> has so little idea as to the ideals on which our country<\/strong> was founded (contained in the Declaration, Constitution, Federalist Papers, etc.), how can they be expected to defend it when it is attacked by the likes of the administration in Washington? The answer is, they cannot. They’re too busy worrying about sports, and American Idol, and all manner of stupid and irrelevant distractions, to worry about the issues that our Founders knew were critical for the continuance of liberty and of the republic itself. All I can say is: God help<\/strong> the United States.”<\/p>\n

As we continue to deal<\/strong> with all manner of intrusion in our freedoms and rights by the vocal minority, or those with the most money, we must also deal<\/strong> with an administration and congress that has lost site of their job duties.
