Since we have a little investment in farm land, we hope this is accurate and true. The value will go up, the product<\/strong> produced will go up and our return<\/strong> will be better than current rates offered at the bank. Past 30 years the farm land has been a stable type<\/strong> of income , not good but not bad although most times investments in stocks<\/strong> would have been better. But I guess<\/strong> the compounding of it like dividend paying stocks<\/strong> was the long term<\/strong> benefit<\/strong>. – WD0AJG<\/p>\n
