Here it is 9pm and do you know where your kids are?  well, Mine better be in their homes\u2026 cause it is cold all over\u2026 We , here in Stillwater, are headed for single digits..<\/p>\n

Note todays wind high was over 30mph\u2026 now that is just cold no matter what temp below 40 it is\u2026 <\/p>\n

It was a day of frustration, sort of\u2026 wasn\u2019t bad this morning but I didn\u2019t get anything done\u2026 We went to breakfast before taking Sherrie to a Dr apt\u2026 related to here holding the Grandson too long in one<\/strong> arm last<\/strong> month.. ha!  then I took here to work\u2026 got a reprogram done on the APRS radio in the car and then back in for lunch\u2026 Thai food today\u2026 gooooood\u2026 <\/p>\n

Grandma\u2019s arm ache problem\u2026 <\/p>\n

This after noon I started on the \u201cweeding\u201d process\u2026 where I take all of last<\/strong> years receipts and bills and stuff\u2026 separate them and move to a \u201cTAX\u201d box so I can figure my taxes later from what is deductible, what is not, what fits in what categories, etc.\u2026 while there I decided that this year, I try to get them all electronic and stop the paper<\/strong> bills\u2026 less mail to deal<\/strong> with and if we are not here for a week or so then I don\u2019t have to worry as I already have the bill, notice and payment set<\/strong> up\u2026 <\/p>\n

I went through some that I had autodraft set<\/strong> up on and started changing the paper<\/strong> to email billing\u2026 saving all the old bills (electronic) so I have records of them put away\u2026 got all the gas, electric and phone stored and save and change then went to the Sat TV\u2026 bill and online it says my next bill is going<\/strong> up about $20!!! I had been getting decent retention savings by calling in every 6 months or year<\/strong> but it was all going<\/strong> away this month\u2026 ouch\u2026 so I called to see what I could get\u2026 well the first level<\/strong> couldn\u2019t get m me anything but talked about getting a cheaper package\u2026 and I put up with that for about 20 minutes\u2026 then she transferred me to the second level<\/strong> service and all they would give me was a $5 discount and a free replacement of my DVR?  I put up with that round for about 30 minutes then finally just hung up\u2026 I have a special deal<\/strong> from the cable company for $30\/month<\/strong> as opposed to $85\/month<\/strong> for Sat\u2026? I may have to try cable for a year<\/strong> and see how it goes\u2026 as they say no contracts but the price is only good for one<\/strong> year<\/strong> at the $29\u2026 ? will see although I give up some channels it may be worth the swap for one<\/strong> year<\/strong> then try Sat again as a new customer for a half price deal?  who knows\u2026 I may keep the Sat and just put it on hold if it brings my bill to zero? and let the damn equipment set<\/strong> for<\/p>\n

I hate that you have to be a new subscribe to get the good rates and old , steady paying, people get the shaft and no \u201cLOYALTY\u201d discounts\u2026 same with cell phones\u2026 or used to be\u2026 great deals for new customers and piss-poor for the existing\u2026 <\/p>\n

Tonight was the OSU Girls BB game and they rebounded real well from the loss to Baylor by putting a thump on Texas Tech\u2026 if they played that hard all the time, they shouldn\u2019t loose any more games but I am sure there will be some slumps and shooting problems yet to come\u2026 <\/p>\n
