Ok, to catch<\/strong> up a few things\u2026 It was rainy and wet Friday so \u2026. I smoked some butt\u2026 <\/p>\n

on the grill of course\u2026<\/p>\n

\"1-SAM_1912\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Reasonably tastier\u2026 a bit dry this time, got to get some roasts with more fat\u2026! and less time<\/strong> before I stick them in the tinfoil pan\u2026 ? but was good, tasty, and I vacuum seal froze a bunch so we now have packets of 1lb each to pull out when ever\u2026 getting ready to put some in a pot and simmer as green chili<\/strong> too\u2026 the pulled pork makes pretty good green chili<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Saturday it was cold, cloudy and windy so not many turned out for the local Ron Shirley car show but some of the same attendees as last year were there\u2026 <\/p>\n

I stopped for a short walk around and grabbed a few pictures\u2026 big year for white cars?<\/p>\n

Didn\u2019t do much else for the day other than some Ham Radio and watched a few games on TV\u2026 bunch of close calls for some winners that were supposed to win by more? <\/p>\n

While playing radio I visited my toilet in the shop\u2026 and I had a visitor in there\u2026<\/p>\n

one<\/strong> of these guys decided the toilet was a good place to hibernate?  <\/p>\n

\"1-SAM_1914\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Maybe he figured it was his very own swimming pool?  not sure but I helped him to find the \u201coutside\u201d.  I am trying to figure out how he got in there ?  the room is pretty well sealed but he maybe have been in there all summer or most of it? just now found him near the water? <\/p>\n

Yesterday (Sunday) I didn\u2019t do a lot<\/strong> either\u2026 I did go out and get a pet door<\/strong> for the garage<\/strong> so the cat can come and go and I don\u2019t have to leave the door<\/strong> up\u2026 didn\u2019t take long to install\u2026 <\/p>\n

and right away all the pets used it\u2026 but I have the flap taped up till they get used to this being the portal\u2026 till I put the cover on to close it up ha!\u2026 <\/p>\n

I got up this morning and the cat wanted out\u2026 figured it wouldn\u2019t last long as it had been raining and would rain<\/strong> some more\u2026 but she took off to the woods?  when I let the dogs out later I noticed she was headed to the other side of the yard from North to south\u2026 she does go to the wooded areas out away from the house a lot<\/strong> now\u2026 I went for breakfast and when I got back, guess<\/strong> I didn\u2019t get the door<\/strong> closed tight as I was cleaning some things, the door<\/strong> popped open and the cat came in\u2026 ok, her usual hunger break to grab some food then sleep for a few hours\u2026 but when I went to close the door<\/strong> there was something in the garage, just inside the pet door\u2026<\/p>\n

The cat has found her purpose but I don\u2019t need<\/strong> trophies in the garage\u2026 so I hauled it out to the trash\u2026 guess<\/strong> she finally caught and killed a varmint\u2026 I had seen her catch<\/strong> a mouse but she just wanted to play with it, not end\u2019s it\u2019s intrusion in the shop\u2026 this time<\/strong> , this one<\/strong> was deceased\u2026 and sure glad she didn\u2019t need<\/strong> to bring it in the house to show off\u2026 <\/p>\n

It is another rainy day here, and windy as well\u2026 seems I remember fall weather like this back in ???? 1972??? maybe\u2026 I remember having to go buy a surplus military poncho to wear since it would drizzle and rain<\/strong> nearly every week at some point\u2026 still have the poncho\u2026 wish I still had the 69 El Camino from back then? maybe someday I will buy another one<\/strong> to just drive around in? <\/p>\n
