Well, I made it back to work\u2026 such a wonderful thing\u2026. NOT!<\/p>\n
I have come to believe that there are three types of travelers. I also believer we all may pass through each type, depending on how much we travel. Maybe it is three phases of travel? Who knows? Anyhow they are: Second is \u201cIt\u2019s not all that bad\u201d – this is the traveler \u2013 usually business person \u2013 in early stages of work or profession. The travel is wearing and the work long but it can be handled with some side trips and interest peaking activities and the person probably likes what he or she is doing at the time\u2026<\/p>\n Third is \u201c God when will this be over\u201d This traveler is wore out and having to make<\/strong> long trips to places they have seen before and have no desire to actually keep doing but is has become a duty \u2013 no \u2013 a burden to continue in order to maintain ones income.<\/p>\n You guessed it I am the third level traveler\u2026 I went through all three phases in my career\u2026 at one<\/strong> time<\/strong> I looked forward to travel \u2013 it got me away from work, new places to see and new restaurants to try\u2026. Then I got into phase two \u2013 the travel was a bit much but I could make<\/strong> the most of it through some side trips and perks\u2026 now my travel is to the same damn place<\/strong> that is not the \u201cHilton\u201d pleasure palace and I do not get to fly first class, as well as my butt gets really wore out on a 10 hour flight\u2026 so much so that it is sore most of the time<\/strong> from slouch setting in the seat\u2026<\/p>\n
First is \u201cI love to travel\u201d type<\/strong> \u2013 this type<\/strong> usually travels little or just enough to enjoy the places they go and they are going for pleasure anyway. Some may have wads of money to go first class<\/strong> at everything \u2013 which can make<\/strong> some difference.<\/p>\n
