The <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">day<\/strong> I have to get ready to return\u2026 the Travel is bad enough but the <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">day<\/strong> before is spent trying to <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">make<\/strong> sure I got as much done as I could or taken care of things I know I need to do.&nbsp;&nbsp; Being gone for 29 days there is almost no way to ensure I have covered all things\u2026 and a lot of stuff, will just have to wait.<\/p>\n<p>First <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">thing<\/strong> on my <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">last<\/strong> <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">day<\/strong> is to get a haircut.&nbsp; So I <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">make<\/strong> a visit to my favorite \u201cbeautician\u201d and tell him to do his best, which is good for haircuts but I always come out looking just as bad, except for my hair is shorter\u2026He tells me that his license is just like a Doctor, he is practicing and some <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">day<\/strong> he will get it right&#8230;.&nbsp; well really he does a real good job on my hair , it is the rest of me that needs more help.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Anyway it is a good place for all the latest on what is happening in town.&nbsp;&nbsp; The barbers get to hear it all.&nbsp; Financially, Stillwater is down but still in a holding pattern.&nbsp; If one of the local employers decides to pull out we are <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">going<\/strong> to be in a deeper situation that the rest of the state, and that is <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">going<\/strong> to be serious for a smaller town\u2026 although being a university town there is the saving grace of the students returning starting this week with \u201crush week\u201d for the Greeks and next week is Alpha for new students then the next is \u201cstart\u201d week\u2026 fresh money and fresh faces\u2026with fresh problems?&nbsp; Just to be the <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">age<\/strong> again for a few weeks would be grand!<\/p>\n<p>After that I <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">make<\/strong> a short <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">trip<\/strong> to pick up <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">last<\/strong> minutes supplies, and back <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">home<\/strong> to finish up on <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">last<\/strong> minute calls, appointments for next time <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">home<\/strong> and other things in that nature.&nbsp; Then lunch and back to <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">make<\/strong> a final pack and weight check on my load to go\u2026 no more than 50lbs in the travel trunk\u2026 so have to be careful with all that\u2026<\/p>\n<p>In the interim I called an old friend in Duncan to see if he could <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">help<\/strong> with a Ham radio project.&nbsp; Maybe my next <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">home<\/strong> <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">trip<\/strong> I can get some more of my hobby shop put together and enjoy a little of my hobby?&nbsp; With that I had to dig out some radios long stacked in the back, look for a setup meter I have lost or mis-placed and think about how I am <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">going<\/strong> to get it all done&#8230; also sent him an <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">email<\/strong> with some specifics to <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">help<\/strong> with a purchase of parts&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The rest of the evening is spent checking email, finalizing the list of things I didn\u2019t get done, trying to pass on what needs to be done, and mentally preparing for the work rotation\u2026 not sure that can be prepared for but I try\u2026<\/p>\n<p>I will not be adding to this journal for a few days as it takes at least two days to get to my work location and the first night there I am usually too wasted to think\u2026 just try to read up on what has to be done first <strong class=\"StrictlyAutoTagBold\">thing<\/strong> the next morning\u2026 uck\u2026 but oh well, the positive side is \u2013 just 30 more days and I will be home\u2026 ha!&nbsp;
