{"id":16835,"date":"2014-08-08T22:40:00","date_gmt":"2014-08-09T04:40:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/?p=16835"},"modified":"2014-08-08T22:40:00","modified_gmt":"2014-08-09T04:40:00","slug":"need-a-big-house-on-campus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ishmaels.net\/blog\/2014\/08\/08\/need-a-big-house-on-campus\/","title":{"rendered":"Need a big house on Campus?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well it was raining this morning so I didn\u2019t get my walk in\u2026 we got 2 inches and it raised the pond level about a foot\u2026It was a bad <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>night<\/strong> for the cat to decide she could stay out but I had left the door to the shop up a little so when I let the dogs out, she came out crying and wanting in the house\u2026 a <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>bit<\/strong> wet but not real bad\u2026 I guess staying out all <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>night<\/strong> is tuff\u2026 she slept in all day\u2026 and claimed the back of the couch early\u2026 <\/p>\n<p> With the fact that I was not walking, I went out for breakfast\u2026 yea that sure does my activity a world of good\u2026 trying to stay fit, so I go in and have pancakes with sausage\u2026 but it sure was good\u2026 got back from <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>breakfast<\/strong> and figured if it looked like more rain coming I would just get into the shop and get on <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>one<\/strong> of those projects I have been putting off\u2026 Actually I had started it yesterday <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>afternoon<\/strong> and today I knocked out about 80% of it\u2026 got the circuit <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>cards<\/strong> built\u2026&#160; now I have to get them in the boxes and tested\u2026 <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/1-IMG_1406.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"1-IMG_1406\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"1-IMG_1406\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/1-IMG_1406_thumb.jpg?resize=581%2C489\" width=\"581\" height=\"489\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I had bought the parts for at least three and built the first <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>one<\/strong> over a year ago\u2026 it is in the back\u2026 the two <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>cards<\/strong> in the front were at the second test point to see if they would turn on and off\u2026fortunately both worked as they should\u2026 then I put all the remaining parts on them and now they look like the <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>one<\/strong> in the back but need to be in the box like that one\u2026 Trying to get the wiring done and a few more parts mounted on the big relay in a very tight space\u2026 for me\u2026 ha! I hope to have them finished up by Monday\u2026 Then I can move on to maybe a new airplane design? <\/p>\n<p>On my way in for lunch today, spotted this sign and had to get pictures\u2026<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/1-IMG_1407.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"1-IMG_1407\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"1-IMG_1407\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/1-IMG_1407_thumb.jpg?resize=382%2C288\" width=\"382\" height=\"288\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Seems <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>one<\/strong> of the Fraternities here couldn\u2019t stay out of trouble\u2026 I think it was Animal House and they were on double secret probation on top of regular probation <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stwnewspress.com\/local\/x197378027\/Oklahoma-State-University-kicks-Phi-Delta-Theta-off-campus-for-hazing-alcohol-violations\" target=\"_blank\">but the story in the local paper<\/a> says they were warned and proceeded to do what they were not supposed to, so now some of the members or past members are a <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>bit<\/strong> miffed about not having a house\u2026 or an organization for the next two years\u2026&#160; <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/1-IMG_1408.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"1-IMG_1408\" style=\"border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px\" border=\"0\" alt=\"1-IMG_1408\" place, there is this nice big <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>house<\/strong> near campus that will be vacant for two years or ???? or maybe it will be for sale? \u2026
