Yep, did another day<\/strong> of \u2026 nothing.  We didn\u2019t get up very early today\u2026 Guess all that fun activity yesterday just wore us out?  I had thought we might make a run to Lawton and dump off a collection of rocks I had been carrying back from all over the world for ??? 12 years?\u2026 But we just couldn\u2019t get the desire to get out and do that\u2026 we did get out for a late breakfast at Braums\u2026 yep, we seem to go to the same places most of the time.  Got my semi-weekly shot of biscuits and gravy\u2026 not too bad.  We then were like hermits and stayed home\u2026 I did some Ham radio stuff\u2026 lot<\/strong> of contacts on 6 and 10 meter, although I couldn\u2019t seem to work a few that I wanted to\u2026 my antennas seem to be directional or I was not in the proper skip zone for what was going on\u2026 oh well. That also means there were no new pictures today\u2026 saw the little geese family this morning and they were within about 30 feet of the house today\u2026 seems they are not too scared of people or our structures\u2026 Will see how long that lasts when I have to be out there working or the dog gets after them\u2026 she tends to get after anything<\/strong> that sets in \u201cher\u201d yard<\/strong> too long\u2026 birds, rabbits, squirrels, she figures to chase them off\u2026 when she sees them\u2026 <\/p>\n

One bad piece of news<\/strong> came to me that an old friend had passed early today.  She was a year<\/strong> younger than I so that is a big un-nerving.  I guess from the news<\/strong> it was heart problems.  Makes you stop and think how lucky you are to have seen another day, even if I didn\u2019t do a lot<\/strong> of exciting things I spent time<\/strong> doing what I enjoy\u2026 <\/p>\n

Tomorrow?  Probably get in my distance walk early and then focus on some more yard<\/strong> projects?  or ???? not\u2026<\/p>\n
