Wrong, it was raining when I got up\u2026 let the dog and cat out\u2026 funny damn cat\u2026 hates the grass.  Just won\u2019t get out in the grass, will walk back and forth on the concrete patio, and the wooden decks , porch, etc\u2026 but not the grass.  Let her out the other day<\/strong> and she jumped down or crawled down (abt a 4 ft drop) from the south end of the upper deck to the ground and then walked around the house on the rock ledge till she could get to the front porch\u2026 I don\u2019t think she ever touched the grass<\/strong> or if she did it was really not much\u2026 she really eyes the birds but just can\u2019t get to them\u2026  <\/p>\n

When they didin\u2019t like the wet conditions out they both came right<\/strong> back in\u2026 so I put them in their crates (another story about cat wanting every thing<\/strong> the dog gets but in her style)\u2026 and I took off for breakfast.  If was going to drizzle I was getting out for breakfast\u2026 pretty good one<\/strong> too.. hadn\u2019t had pancakes in a long while so got some and slupped that up\u2026 now I have to stay home for a few days and walk it off in the mornings\u2026 <\/p>\n

After my fat building breakfast<\/strong> I stopped at Wally World to pick up some paint thinner.  I ran out the other day<\/strong> and I still have some finish to put on those closet doors.  That was another reason to get out as the rain, humidity and wet conditions kind of precluded me from working on the doors, other than a bit<\/strong> more sanding to smooth them up.   I got the sanding done and it was about time to head in for lunch\u2026 Since we are \u201c fast food lunchers\u201d it is hard to pick places an we always end up with \u201cwell where have we not been in a while\u201d\u2026 Todays trip\u2026 Jimmy Johns\u2026 I got the ham sandwich and Sherrie gets the Veggie\u2026 <\/p>\n

It was still cloudy after lunch but not raining, although it looked like it was building up for a good one?  That never happened and we barely got wet today from the light drizzle rains\u2026 I spent much of my afternoon in the shop separating screws\u2026 strange how they all seem to collect in buckets or containers in a huge mesh of \u201cSTUFF\u201d  all the different kinds, sizes, etc along with nuts, washers, wood screws, and \/??? a lot<\/strong> of unknown crap that we threw in there?   Now I wasn\u2019t totally concentrated on my separation project and cleaning out stuff that has long collected\u2026 I was doing a little radio<\/strong> along making a few contacts on 10 meters and some on 15\u2026 the bands have not been exceptional good lately but I found a few contacts to make.  I also got some pictures on the Craigs list stuff and hoped for miracles to get some sold?  none today so that is not a good sign\u2026 <\/p>\n

Dinner was leftovers\u2026 well not exactly.  I had saved back a couple of those marinated\/grilled chicken breasts from a week or so ago and got them out of the freezer and mixed up some 4cheese mashed potatoes and the veggie tray and we were set\u2026 <\/p>\n

After dinner<\/strong> I got out on the back deck for a bit<\/strong> and captured a few of our friends\u2026<\/p>\n

I know it is not the best picture but he was on the other side of the pond (about 150 yards away) and I don\u2019t have a big telephoto on my little digital\u2026 <\/p>\n
