Not much to show<\/strong> or discuss when you work and don\u2019t get out much\u2026 that is what has happened the last few days\u2026 <\/p>\n

I did get out this morning for a little bit<\/strong> to pick up one<\/strong> of my favorites, a sausage dog at the SpudNut shop\u2026 they sure are good and sometimes I even get into a discussion with people<\/strong> I don\u2019t know\u2026 I seem to be doing that more these days\u2026 willing to talk and listen to folks that I have never met before\u2026 say one<\/strong> thing and it leads to another and before long you know a lot about them\u2026 maybe not what you need<\/strong> to or what you may have wanted to but people<\/strong> will respond and many will talk to you if you show<\/strong> interest and talk to them.  <\/p>\n

On the way down to the shop I saw this idiots methods of repair and needed to get a picture\u2026<\/p>\n

I think all they were doing was either changing a tire or working<\/strong> on the rear hub\u2026 but using a jack on a wheel and two jack stands?  I don\u2019t think that is very safe\u2026 the jack on the axle and a jack stand over on that side, set on the ground would be more stable\u2026 maybe? It is amazing what some people<\/strong> will do or think up to get to an end point? <\/p>\n

I did work on getting some new door seals up\u2026 replacing some of the foam seals with magnetic ones on the metal doors\u2026 want to see if it helps any over the others\u2026 the foam ones didn\u2019t seem to pull up tight in most places.  I am sure I need<\/strong> to adjust the doors as well but some can\u2019t be adjusted that much so this was an alternative that I wanted to try\u2026 putting some of those in was work on my fingers<\/strong> as pulling the old one<\/strong> out was easy but putting the new ones into the \u201ckerf\u201d in the doors was a bit<\/strong> harder\u2026 pressing and shoving to get it squeezed into place<\/strong> sure made my fingers<\/strong> sore\u2026 <\/p>\n

Most of the rest of the day I spent trying to get the internet to stay up, so I could do some work\u2026 AT&T says they are working<\/strong> on it?  but they have been for 2 weeks now?  We also have noise on the phone that comes and goes and the service tech that called indicated she could hear it?  so we live with \u201cfirst it is up , then it is down\u201d service\u2026 will have to use<\/strong> that for more complaints. <\/p>\n

I did have several contacts and a conference I worked but had to use<\/strong> my cell phone for that one<\/strong> as the link would not stay up\u2026 <\/p>\n

Tonight there is a start to a car and bike show in town<\/a>\u2026 so we made a run down main street and found a lot of bikes\u2026 and a few cars on the side<\/strong> street\u2026 I was way more interested in the cars\u2026 so did my walk through there and found a few that I like\u2026 Another paper add about the show<\/a><\/p>\n

After all this we made it to Qdoba for dinner and used my birthday certificate to get two entrees for the price of one\u2026 not bad since we generally only eat half anyway so we have two meals off that for about $7.50\u2026 <\/p>\n

It was hot out today so I really need<\/strong> a shower\u2026 and some crash time\u2026<\/p>\n
