Wasn\u2019t much to do today so after visiting with family<\/strong> and going over LLC stuff we took off for lunch<\/strong> and a walk\u2026 Lunch???? Back to \u201cBig Burger World\u201d but today we had the Chimichanga smothered with green chili\u2026 boy they were good\u2026 and back to the park to enjoy that meal\u2026 again\u2026 you would think we really like that park\u2026 and we do.<\/p>\n

I know I am supposed to get pictures of this fantastic food but we forget when we see it to worry about pictures\u2026 ha!<\/p>\n

After the lunch<\/strong> we walked the down town\u2026 <\/p>\n

Visiting antique shops and artist shops\u2026 on both sides of the street..<\/p>\n

You know your and antique when the toys you had as a kid are for sale in the antique shop\u2026 <\/p>\n

not sure what she was so happy about?<\/p>\n

And there was a matched set of this one?<\/p>\n

The old buildings are interesting\u2026 and some refurbed and some not?<\/p>\n

People don\u2019t put big ad sings on the side<\/strong> of buildings much anymore\u2026 like yesterdays stuff but they do paint very interesting pictures?  some really good artist get involved now..<\/p>\n

During the walk came across this restored Bronco\u2026 shiny and ready to show\u2026<\/p>\n

I remember reading stories over the years of several people<\/strong> that have tried to renovate and redo this old hotel but it just never seems to work out\u2026 takes more money than most  people<\/strong> h have and the businesses don\u2019t last due to lack of draw?<\/p>\n

As we moved on down the street<\/strong> it became obvious that the storms were brewing on the mountains<\/strong> again\u2026 this one<\/strong> was in the building<\/strong> stage\u2026<\/p>\n

In another block it was bigger yet\u2026 and tonight on the news\u2026 off to the left side<\/strong> of this big head\u2026 Flash Floods in Manitou Springs and cars washed down the river there\u2026 it started and just kept building<\/strong> and raining and coming down hard \u2026 does that sometimes in the mountains\u2026 <\/p>\n

In one<\/strong> of the stores found a sign that I should have gotten\u2026<\/p>\n

I didn\u2019t but it was something I thought about\u2026 for a second or two\u2026<\/p>\n

\"1-IMG_6440\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Later on we got the real artist shop with multiple artists works\u2026 lot of really nice stuff and this full size \u201cLeaded Glass\u201d door\u2026   I really like it and so looked\u2026 <\/p>\n

Price\u2026\u2026. $32,000 plus\u2026 can you believe that?  it was some 3-D with multiple layers of glass in spots to give some a different sparkle and other stuff\u2026 but the price?  WOW!\u2026 <\/p>\n

After this we cruised for the rest of the day\u2026 made dinner with the family<\/strong> and enjoyed the evening discussions and prep for the big day<\/strong> tomorrow\u2026 a wedding\u2026<\/p>\n

So that was out day<\/strong> on Friday\u2026 tomorrow\u2026 the Wedding at 11 and who knows what for the afternoon\u2026 <\/p>\n
