IT was another day<\/strong> of work and such\u2026 out early\u2026 to a location<\/strong> to see them work and we took notes\u2026 pictures and other stuff\u2026 we got there early, it was still cloudy and this is an indication of the Heat and humidity\u2026<\/p>\n

low clouds?  not it is vapor off the Nitrogen pumps floating across and through the trees\u2026 <\/p>\n

on the way to one of the location<\/strong> we passed through a town and this man was making these interesting ? birds or insects from pineapple leaves\u2026 cutting and folding?<\/p>\n

I am not sure why but several places we saw kids with painted faces?  <\/p>\n

We were inspecting some equipment and then noticed we had some \u201chitch-hikers\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

I got a lot<\/strong> of pictures and more not too good of the road trip out, and back\u2026  most are the same as shown before\u2026 another butcher shop, cars, and colorful houses\u2026<\/p>\n

once back we did a little work, a little down time<\/strong> (in the pool) and then off to eat\u2026 decided to try a different restaurant\u2026 decent steak\u2026 different side dishes\u2026 but pretty good\u2026 <\/p>\n

On the way I got the usual flower pictures\u2026.   <\/p>\n

I have pictures but not worth showing in this post\u2026 we then went to the park and walked around\u2026 there is a very large very nice park just across from all the restaurants we go to (about 2 blocks from the hotel\u2026 and the people<\/strong> come out every day<\/strong> in mass to use the trails to exercise and walk and bring the kids\u2026 in the evening they have a lot<\/strong> of kid activities as well as the other things going on\u2026 <\/p>\n

The balloon man\u2026<\/p>\n

Oh and the clouds<\/strong> were building\u2026 but not yet threatening\u2026<\/p>\n

And more statues in and around the park\u2026<\/p>\n

Then we happened on the amphitheater on the corner\u2026 about 2 blocks form the hotel\u2026 and they were having a show<\/strong> at 8pm\u2026 I don\u2019t read Spanish well but it was the 9th Festival National of Dance Folklore\u2026 I got some video of that as well as a few pictures\u2026 very colorful and a bit<\/strong> too loud\u2026 but we watch about 30 minutes of that\u2026 <\/p>\n

Shortly after this point a very large bolt of lightening struck some distance to the east and we packed it in\u2026 2 blocks to go\u2026 we walked a bit<\/strong> briskly and could hear the music continue\u2026 then we got to the hotel\u2026 inside and within 5 minutes it cut loose and we had a downpour\u2026 almost raining cats and dogs\u2026 and lightening for about 30 minutes\u2026 as I write it is still raining lightly\u2026<\/p>\n

That is PERFECT TIMING!<\/p>\n

so we timed our exit perfect this time\u2026 although I would have liked to seen a lot<\/strong> more as it was pretty interesting\u2026 we may have to take in another show<\/strong> as it appears they will be on the whole week with different groups\u2026 I told the desk clerk about it  as I was having trouble with my room key and she said she was a dancer in it from the local university\u2026 which makes it just that more interesting\u2026 ? Nice friendly people, nice area\u2026 we even got some help in making a purchase from a bystander at the park (we wanted some kids things for the grandkids that we saw them using)\u2026 and he helped interpret and we didn\u2019t know him at all\u2026 How nice was that?\u2026 <\/p>\n

Tomorrow is a \u201cdown time\u201d day<\/strong> and maybe a bit<\/strong> of shopping\u2026 but am sure we will work in late afternoon to get on the reports\u2026 always do\u2026 <\/p>\n
