Ok, today was our <\/p>\n

40th\u2026 \u2026 but that picture was taken the day<\/strong> before our 29th\u2026 and we still look that young!<\/p>\n

The second was Dec 2010\u2026 we don\u2019t do pictures much\u2026 at least on the front of the camera..<\/p>\n

We left Dallas early as the weather was to be bad in Oklahoma so we headed out about 9:30am or so\u2026 big surprise\u2026 <\/p>\n

we got gas in Frisco for $3.36 a gallon\u2026 in Oklahoma is is about 50 cents higher per gallon\u2026 and it changes at the river?  now how do they do that?<\/p>\n

Anyway we were headed for home<\/strong> but figured a few short stops wouldn\u2019t hurt as we didn\u2019t see many clouds yet\u2026 <\/p>\n

We took the hold highway down by Turner Falls\u2026 this was on top\u2026 you can see a long way up there..<\/p>\n

Since neither of us had been there we visited Falls Creek\u2026 the Baptist retreat area\u2026 big area\u2026 strange that each church has it\u2019s own building there so it is like a small city but no one<\/strong> was there, hardly\u2026 In reality the creak is not much but has little falls every so often\u2026 <\/p>\n

Since we had done this much we determined to go by the Chickasaw cultural center\u2026 <\/p>\n

One of the members doing things the old way\u2026 He did some good work and said he had been doing it for 40 years\u2026 <\/p>\n

When we got home<\/strong> we put all the cars in and took one<\/strong> to the covered garage at the university\u2026 but the storms seem to have all passed by us\u2026 luckily as there was a lot of really big hail and tornados in the mix\u2026 nasty stuff\u2026<\/p>\n

Once home<\/strong> I went out and checked the flowers and beds<\/strong> and found our Columbine had really flowered during my two week absence\u2026<\/p>\n

After this I was hungry as it had been a while since breakfast\u2026 and we didn\u2019t stop<\/strong> anywhere for lunch<\/strong> so we headed off the the local Braums\u2026 and once there, ran into and old friend<\/strong> that now lives in St Louis, so we had to stop<\/strong> and talk for an hour of so\u2026 then went and got the car and came  home\u2026 <\/p>\n
