Ok, we didn\u2019t do much today \u2026<\/p>\n

DIL<\/strong> was up early to  prep and put on the brisket.  They had bought it earlier in the week and we had planned for today to be the cook day<\/strong> on the new grill.  <\/p>\n

That was about 8:30 AM\u2026. <\/p>\n

We had a Men’s game at 12 noon so took off by 11 AM<\/strong> for that.  It was a decent game and was a win\u2026 <\/p>\n

Cowboys Capitalize for 80-66 Win Over WVU<\/a><\/p>\n

It didn\u2019t start out too \u201cshiny\u201d but they ended in good shape\u2026 <\/p>\n

We got home<\/strong> after the game and the meat<\/strong> was still cooking\u2026 I went to the shop and played Ham Radio\u2026 got in several good JT65 contacts on 30 meters\u2026 <\/p>\n

At about 6PM I was feeling the lack of lunch so came in and the Meat was in the cooler (actually warmer ).  I figured out that we needed some additions<\/strong> so went and picked up some things at Wal-Mart for the meat<\/strong> and when I got home<\/strong> DIL<\/strong> had it all cut up\u2026 <\/p>\n

It sure looked good and had a good flavor but was still a little \u201ctuff\u201d.  I think maybe it needs to cook a bit slower and longer?  Will have to experiment with that till we get it much better\u2026 <\/p>\n

I then went back to the ham shack and got in a few more contacts while listening to the Girls BB<\/strong> game on the radio\u2026 <\/p>\n

They did a fine job tonight and were able to sweep Kansas\u2026 just wish they had been able to get past Kansas State last Wednesday night?  but oh well and that is our 2 wins\u2026 both Men’s and Women’s today\u2026 and tie\u2026 I call the meat<\/strong> a tie since it was ok but not great\u2026 Some things will take more practice\u2026 <\/p>\n
