It was another day<\/strong> in the cold.  I was up and out by 7:30, but not to take my walk.  I really need<\/strong> to but today I needed to go check on some business in Enid.   I did stop in Perry for breakfast at the McD\u2019s and they were slow?  not sure what the problem was but they usually are really fast there but today it appeared they had New Years hangover?  Anyway back on the road and making the drive in from I-35 I pass several watershed lakes\u2026 this time of year , if they are not froze, there are a lot<\/strong> of geese and ducks in that area but today it appeared they had picked on one<\/strong> lake in particular and there were enough of the birds<\/strong> to keep some of the water<\/strong> open and  not froze up\u2026 ?  It was a really weird site..<\/p>\n

It is a long way to the dam from the highway I was setting on\u2026 and this does not really show the number of birds<\/strong> out there, although they do look<\/strong> thick here right?<\/p>\n

One of them stared and they all seemed to need<\/strong> to head out?<\/p>\n

Just an odd shot with geese in foreground, back ground, on the ice, in the water, more than can be counted\u2026<\/p>\n

I got all my checks done\u2026 a little disgusted with one<\/strong> place<\/strong> that was supposed to put out flowers and had not\u2026 but the rest of the trip was ok.<\/p>\n

Got home, had some lunch\u2026 got back to house and did some small things and then went to the Girls game<\/strong> with Texas Tech\u2026 It started out fine\u2026 then the referees got into the game<\/strong> and totally screwed up the rhythm and then the game<\/strong> got ugly\u2026 fast\u2026 in the end we lost but I can say one<\/strong> things\u2026 it probably was the worst called game<\/strong> I have been to in 5  years\u2026 There were a lot<\/strong> of calls and then the ref\u2019s look<\/strong> at each other and go \u201cok what do we call<\/strong> now"?\u201d  type looks\u2026 a lot<\/strong> of really late whistle and the game<\/strong> had moved on so the call<\/strong> was way out of sync\u2026 several calls by the ref\u2019s on the back side that could not see what happened but just knew something did so call<\/strong> it anyway\u2026 it really appears to be Mary Muffet setting on a Tuffet (no calls) and Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb\u2026  Absolutely the worst\u2026   Those three need<\/strong> for the crowd to take up a collection for glasses and training videos, and I am sure we will end up seeing some of them again\u2026 hopefully not in the same threesome so someone in the group  will actually know what it going on\u2026<\/p>\n

Enough of my rant\u2026 I know that I am a bit partial but the ref\u2019s weren\u2019t they called it bad for everyone\u2026<\/p>\n
