Ok, I didn\u2019t get up at the crack of dawn\u2026 but I did get this first thing<\/strong> in the morning<\/strong>\u2026 pretty neat\u2026<\/p>\n

I did a few small things and we decided to go out and get a small bit of breakfast\u2026 one<\/strong> of my favorites I had not done in awhile was the SPUDNUT shop\u2026 they make<\/strong> some really good sausage rolls so we stopped there \u2026 Got my roll and some apple juice then off to drop off wife<\/strong> at exercise this morning<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n

On my way out of there I spotted this old truck\u2026 actually it was leaving the parking lot<\/strong> and I didn\u2019t get the picture<\/strong> till they were out\u2026<\/p>\n

I think it has had a pretty rough life so far\u2026 reminded me of my first vehicle the 1951 chev I had written about here\u2026<\/a>\u2026  <\/p>\n

After that we moved on up the street<\/strong> dropped wife<\/strong> off and then spotted that a group of local vintage car<\/strong> people were all parked in the lot<\/strong> across the street<\/strong>\u2026 not for a show but just out for the morning<\/strong>\u2026 ?<\/p>\n

I had a 55 Chevrolet like the red one<\/strong>, but mine was yellow and a real lemon\u2026 will write about that later\u2026<\/p>\n

Really nice Corvair convertible\u2026  too<\/p>\n

After all that we got home<\/strong>, wasted some time<\/strong>, I applied for the renewal of my LOTW certificate<\/strong> and some other things\u2026 Then it was time<\/strong> to get to THE game<\/strong>\u2026 <\/p>\n

We all knew we were playing a way over matched opponent but we had no idea how over matched\u2026 in fact I think most of the 6A high schools in Oklahoma would put up a better fight\u2026 <\/p>\n

Before the dame I swore I saw the old guy that used to do those 6 flags commercials\u2026 ?<\/p>\n

Here is how the game<\/strong> went\u2026the Frist team<\/strong> was done before the end of the 1st quarter.  <\/p>\n

\"SAM_5435\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The second team<\/strong> was done by midway in the 3rd quarter and the 3rd team<\/strong> and others were playing the end the game<\/strong>\u2026<\/p>\n

\"SAM_5436\"<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

they said on the radio we had played 79 player by the end of the third quarter\u2026 It was way too hot for all that\u2026 I gave up when they hit the 77 \u20130 score<\/strong>\u2026 when we headed in for the game<\/strong> it was 100 deg\u2026 by the time<\/strong> we gave up it was still 87 and no breeze\u2026 That is about the first time<\/strong> in ???? 13 years that I have ever left before it was over\u2026 on the way home<\/strong> the score<\/strong> was up to 84 \u2013 0\u2026   Felt sorry for Bullet and the ROTC<\/strong> guys\u2026 that is a lot<\/strong> of pushups\u2026 <\/p>\n

Before we went in to the game<\/strong> I saw this and figured after that it was appropriate\u2026 this game<\/strong> was a BOMB\u2026 <\/p>\n

Nice crowd, good tailgating but would have been better to see a little something out of the competition\u2026 really needed to get the first string more reps in there but it would have been way ugly\u2026 Got home<\/strong>, wrote this up and got a shower\u2026. P\u2026. UUUUU<\/strong> I needed it\u2026 <\/p>\n
