{"id":12489,"date":"2012-07-03T14:22:02","date_gmt":"2012-07-03T20:22:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/?p=12489"},"modified":"2012-07-03T14:22:02","modified_gmt":"2012-07-03T20:22:02","slug":"things-that-just-make-me-go-huh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ishmaels.net\/blog\/2012\/07\/03\/things-that-just-make-me-go-huh\/","title":{"rendered":"Things that just make me go HUH????"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>More like What the <strong>HELL<\/strong> are they doing????<\/p>\n<p>The first just has to be an explanation, but the other <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>morning<\/strong> I am driving down 19th <strong>street<\/strong>.&nbsp; It has a really nice sidewalk from&nbsp; way out on our end at Range Road up to Western then that sidewalk turns north\u2026 but at <strong>one<\/strong> <strong>point<\/strong> I meet a lady \u201c<strong>walking<\/strong>\u201d, not jogging so she can get a little cushion from the pavement over the concrete sidewalk , but just <strong>walking<\/strong> and she is in the <strong>street<\/strong>\u2026 the sidewalk is not more than 2 feet away from here but she deliberately chooses to walk in the <strong>street<\/strong>.&nbsp; Now this <strong>street<\/strong> is now the highway but it is the busiest <strong>street<\/strong> on this <strong>side<\/strong> of town and is a main traffic road\u2026 is that not a little stupid and dangerous? I was <strong>going<\/strong> <strong>HUH<\/strong>?&nbsp; what the hell are you doing lady?&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Next, <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/SAM_4453.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"SAM_4453\" border=\"0\" alt=\"SAM_4453\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/SAM_4453_thumb.jpg?resize=342%2C383\" width=\"342\" height=\"383\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It was noon and 101 deg. out!\u2026 <strong>make<\/strong> them come pick you up or are you running away\u2026 wait till it cools off\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Next, <\/p>\n<p>It was 4pm <strong>Saturday<\/strong> <strong>afternoon<\/strong>\u2026 figured that would be a real good <strong>time<\/strong> to get <strong>dinner<\/strong> (early) and avoid the crowd\u2026 we were in OKC and <strong>hit<\/strong> on having Mexican food\u2026 One <strong>place<\/strong> we had not been to in a long <strong>time<\/strong> and was pretty good the <strong>last<\/strong> <strong>time<\/strong> was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tedscafe.com\/\">Ted\u2019s Escondido\u2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>When we got there the <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>lot<\/strong> was pretty full but we got a spot out front\u2026 but when we walked in\u2026.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/SAM_4454.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px\" title=\"SAM_4454\" border=\"0\" alt=\"SAM_4454\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/SAM_4454_thumb.jpg?resize=476%2C358\" width=\"476\" height=\"358\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>and it was a 20 <strong>minute<\/strong> wait!\u2026 it was 4PM for Gods sake\u2026 only old <strong class='StrictlyAutoTagBold'>people<\/strong> eat supper at that <strong>hour<\/strong>!\u2026<\/p>\n<p>We were fortunate we got a seat inside for our wait and watched these two guys put out more tortilla than you can count\u2026 <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/ishmaels.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/SAM_4456.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none;
