Well yesterday I didn\u2019t do enough to write about, or so I thought.  I basically spent the morning scanning pictures from some old stuff that Dad<\/strong> had stashed away , some was Mom\u2019s and some was Grandma\u2019s old pictures.  Amazing what you can find in those\u2026 I got about half<\/strong> of that last<\/strong> batch done and have maybe one<\/strong> more day<\/strong> or less of scanning from that box.  At noon I tracked down the Ham group and handed off the Tiny Trak that I bought for the club digi-peater\u2026 hope they can get it up soon.  In the afternoon<\/strong> I packed most of the stuff I had to have for my trip<\/strong> to \u201cwork\u201d\u2026 <\/p>\n

Today, I was off early for a trip<\/strong> to visit Dad<\/strong>.  He is to get out of rehab Monday and back to his apartment.  He will be much happier there, although he is not very strong yet so will have to take some time getting him self into the swing of things.  I left early so I could be home a little after noon.  On my way out of town I was passed by a very unfamiliar car<\/strong>\u2026 <\/p>\n

I tried several ways to get a picture<\/strong> from the front<\/strong> but was not successful and once we hit<\/strong> the edge of town\u2026 poof he was gone\u2026 <\/p>\n

The only thing<\/strong> I could determine is the tag<\/strong> cover<\/strong> said \u201cAustin Martin\u201d   Might have been \u201cJames Bond\u201d in disguise? <\/p>\n

Next on I-35 I was passed by one<\/strong> of those \u201ctornado chaser\u201d cars\u2026 looks like one<\/strong> of those planes that is not visible to radar with all those angle plates on it and the little weather gauge<\/strong> stuff out the top\u2026 Again, I missed the chance to get a pictures and POOF<\/strong> \u2013 they were gone\u2026 <\/p>\n

The only other thing<\/strong> I did get a picture<\/strong> of was the new flowers<\/strong> in the bulb garden\u2026 it was late in the day<\/strong> when I got the picture<\/strong> so the background<\/strong> washed out blue for some reason\u2026? <\/p>\n

They are pretty no matter\u2026 <\/p>\n

That about did it for me\u2026 a short nap<\/strong> in the afternoon<\/strong>, a trip<\/strong> to fuel the jeep and get a Dominos hot sandwich for supper and some \u201chot lava cakes\u201d\u2026 of which I could only eat 1\/2 of one<\/strong> and now I don\u2019t feel<\/strong> too good, stuffed\u2026 so need<\/strong> to rest it off and get to bed\u2026 tomorrow<\/strong> is a set of flights to ruin \u201cmothers day<\/strong>\u201d and two weeks of work in West Texas\u2026 oh boy!\u2026 <\/p>\n
