I did not do much today\u2026 Spent the morning just playing with new ideas on the blog and reading<\/strong> up on some software<\/strong> things.  <\/p>\n

Made it to lunch<\/strong> and took wife<\/strong> to check<\/strong> out the pricing<\/strong> on our \u201crework\u201d project<\/strong>.  We are planning on redoing the bathroom and maybe replacing a door<\/strong>.  We got the pricing<\/strong> for the bathroom, stopped at Lowes to price<\/strong> a door<\/strong> and couldn<\/strong>\u2019t get waited on so we left.  Went to the local door<\/strong> and window<\/strong> place<\/strong> and they are to call<\/strong> about the door<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n

I then tried my best to drop off a new TNC<\/strong> for the local APRS digipeater but was blocked out by all the Special Olympics crowd.  They have the streets all shut down on the north side<\/strong> of campus so gave up on that . <\/p>\n

Got home and did a little reading<\/strong> and took a short nap\u2026 then sat on the back deck , enjoying the cool<\/strong> temps and watching the birds<\/strong>\u2026 we have humming birds<\/strong>, house wrens, blue birds<\/strong>, mocking birds<\/strong> and others all pretty busy in the back yard\u2026 I did find the house wren next under the deck\u2026 glad she is not attacking our hanging plants this year\u2026 <\/p>\n

I then read up on my waiting Yahoo<\/strong> mail and found one<\/strong> asking that I change<\/strong> the \u201cobject\u201d designation on the local 444 repeater\u2026 seams the way I had it put in it would not show<\/strong> properly on the D710a\u2026 does anyone around here even have one<\/strong> of those?  I haven\u2019t seen one<\/strong> in use<\/strong> here\u2026 but anyway I fixed what I could and left it at that\u2026 <\/p>\n

Beyond that\u2026 nothing\u2026 just a day<\/strong> to take it all in and not really do much of anything<\/strong>\u2026 which is ok\u2026 I need<\/strong> days like that.<\/p>\n
