It rained yesterday, way early and really hard.  Then it rained again mid-morning.  For some odd reason<\/strong> we were in the right<\/strong> spot this time<\/strong> as all the collection station<\/strong> around me did not report<\/strong> anywhere near what I got at my station\u2026 but this was the first time<\/strong> that we had strong runoff in over a year<\/strong> and this is what happens, <\/p>\n
