A technology challenged (not really), middle-aged( advancing fast), guy that wanted to keep track of his daily occurrences and thoughts – no matter how trivial they may be to the world.\u00a0 If I put it down and I lose my mind, I might be able to go back and learn again?<\/p>\n

I have in my writings things about my investing (done poorly – the investing not the page), My Habits (hobbies like Ham Radio), My travels (limited as they are at present), My poor political views (view of politics is poor but my eye-sight is poor as well) My education (overly educated in environmental stuff with 2 degrees and 25 actual years of some form of environmental practice that I do not work at anymore??? figure that one<\/a> out). Note: I am not a ” preservationists” but am concerned about our environment and what we are doing to it. I also make<\/a> comments from time<\/a> to time<\/a> about those people<\/a> who live among us, (Idiots).<\/p>\n

My Definition of “preservationists” – those people<\/a> who say they are environmentalist but don’t want “other” Humans to do anything<\/a> to interfere with their perception of the Environment… you know those people<\/strong> who speak out about you<\/strong> “can’t do this and “can’t” do that and oh don’t cut timber, drill wells, build houses, drain wet areas, or live anywhere that might harm something else…<\/p>\n

My Definition of “Environmentalist” – those that realize we are already here and we must work toward what we can do to limit our effect on nature (all of it) while meeting the needs of all man-kind. Having a “zero” impact would be great but it must coincide with our population and needs.<\/p>\n

I have old web<\/a> pages I started writing over 10 years ago \u00a0– www.ishmaels.net<\/a> – they really need some effort and updates – maybe later I will find the time<\/strong> to fix all the undone portions? \u00a0They started with a big interest<\/a> in Geneology and I still intend to add things as I can on that too. \u00a0This Blog<\/a> is nestled inside the family web-site<\/a> at Rex’s Blog<\/a>.<\/p>\n
