As we went to town today we passed by the Western Vet Office and noticed all the flashing lights and ambulance and then… saw this.
This is not a drive through vet hospital… so my only guess was that as the owner pulled in the little doggie (un-seat belted) yelled “hell NO” and took up causing the driver to no stop in time or at all.
Your guess is as good as mine but I like my answer pretty good…
