Good grief it has been almost a week since I last took the time to update. Not sure where to begin… we got to Denver and the snow was deep, then melted then deep again and when that was gone we took a little drive Sunday through Morrison and Evergreen on the back roads… nice day out. We stopped in Evergreen for lunch… place called Beau Jo’s… nice place on the stream but not exactly warm outside, although some were trying the outside seating. Lunch was good… I had a sandwich and they had a pizza that they say the crust has honey in it (Colorado Style with lots of toppings)… ?
