Nothing… same old things… a little walking, a little beer can airplane, a little yard work (that was real nice it was cool, although a bit wet to start with), and a little coin identifying… and a little radio.
My hobbies took 2nd, 3rd, and 4th today… Sherrie got 1st as I got up when she did, went in and took her to lunch, and fixed supper… Beyond all that great excitement… nothing much happened.
I did have a few problems with the airplane… easily fixed but just not coming out as nice as I had wanted… Found a bag of coins a few months ago in a drawer that were from the garage sale in Duncan… that was???? 10+ years ago… so I found several really nice early 21st century coins…
After dinner, same old things… slipped out to the shop… glued on a few more parts to the plane… and then turned around and did some JT65 contacts on 80 meters… still early in the season but lot of 80 meter activity… even got one Mexico station down in Monterrey…
Tomorrow I take the Jeep in for a “detail” job… 2years with out cleaning the carpets and stuff… will have that done and a little wax…
How did they get by with this back in the day???
