Well it was raining this morning so I didn’t get my walk in… we got 2 inches and it raised the pond level about a foot…It was a bad night for the cat to decide she could stay out but I had left the door to the shop up a little so when I let the dogs out, she came out crying and wanting in the house… a bit wet but not real bad… I guess staying out all night is tuff… she slept in all day… and claimed the back of the couch early…
With the fact that I was not walking, I went out for breakfast… yea that sure does my activity a world of good… trying to stay fit, so I go in and have pancakes with sausage… but it sure was good… got back from breakfast and figured if it looked like more rain coming I would just get into the shop and get on one of those projects I have been putting off… Actually I had started it yesterday afternoon and today I knocked out about 80% of it… got the circuit cards built… now I have to get them in the boxes and tested…
I had bought the parts for at least three and built the first one over a year ago… it is in the back… the two cards in the front were at the second test point to see if they would turn on and off…fortunately both worked as they should… then I put all the remaining parts on them and now they look like the one in the back but need to be in the box like that one… Trying to get the wiring done and a few more parts mounted on the big relay in a very tight space… for me… ha! I hope to have them finished up by Monday… Then I can move on to maybe a new airplane design?
On my way in for lunch today, spotted this sign and had to get pictures…
Seems one of the Fraternities here couldn’t stay out of trouble… I think it was Animal House and they were on double secret probation on top of regular probation but the story in the local paper says they were warned and proceeded to do what they were not supposed to, so now some of the members or past members are a bit miffed about not having a house… or an organization for the next two years…
So if your looking for a good place, there is this nice big house near campus that will be vacant for two years or ???? or maybe it will be for sale? …
